Valley View Manor Apartments

Houston, Minnesota

Valley View Manor, located in Houston, Minnesota,  provides low cost housing for senior citizens. A tenant must be 62 years or over. Specific apartments are available to those who want a facility that provides ease of movement.

Houston is a community of about 1000 residents. From the "Manor" it is an easy walk to the  grocery store, bank, hair salons, dental clinic, insurance agencies, gas stations, library, parks, and more. Within the city limits are four churches and directly across the street from Valley View Manor is Gunderson Lutheran Clinic which is opened five days a week. Meals on Wheels is available for the noon meal or bus transportation to the Community Center for senior dining. The bus also stops at the downtown business area to accommodate riders for any errands they need to run.
